Vertical Banner Stands is rated 2.4545 out of 5 by 33.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incredibly Flimsy I own two stands. I'd used them twice and each time they got flimsier and more unstable. Third time I used them, they completely fell apart. Both of them. We had to tape them at the event and even then they fell. It was pretty embarrassing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Banner Stand does not hold banner We bought our stand in 2013 to display a medium directional banner in the lobby. We've had to constantly readjust the banner to stay up. It is sagging at the bottom of the banner. The stand is not sturdy enough to hold the medium banner and tilts. I can see if it was half the price but for what we paid for it, it should be sturdier.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money I'm very disappointed with my stand. It's only worth $10 not $45. I'm sure other people have complained about this stand. I love Vista Print, you have great customer service and you are concerned about the customer being happy. However, I will not recommend this stand to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not clamp tight enough to hold the banner I wish I had read the reviews before investing in this stand, but I just figured that a company that sells lots of banners would have a simple sturdy stand. I've used lots of banner stands for work and was glad to finally own my own. I was sure I must be doing something wrong when the banner kept sliding out of the upper and lower clamp rails. Basically, it doesn't hold the banner! The little plastic ends don't hold the clamp tightly enough closed, and even if they did keep the ends tight (for the few moments they do), nothing holds the middle, so the middle slides partially out. I guess I'll try double stick tape to secure it inside the clamps, but that means I won't be able to remove the banner at all.The vertical pole also doesn't adjust any shorter than 79" and it is very tippy with my four foot banner perched at the top. To make it shorter for my 4 foot banner, I'm going to have to saw off the lower pole (instead of the top pole just sliding down inside the bottom pole to adjust).I would suggest a longer top pole that will slide all the way down inside the bottom pole, like a pop-up tent pole. This would make it adjustable and also would make it more stable if there were more "overlap" of the top pole inside the bottom pole. Also, the clamps need to snap shut somehow, rather than just folding over the banner and being held shut with two soft plastic end caps. I haven't decided whether I should "make it work" and be aggravated all the while or just write it off and purchase another one elsewhere.Interestingly I notice there is no manufacturer listed on the stand instructions. I wanted to send a review to the company that actually manufactures the thing, rather than Vistaprint. The banner itself, however, was gorgeous, as is all the printed products I've received from Vistaprint. And fast, as usual!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mine tore and not function the banner was put together just like they advised, and the stand. One was just fine, the other stand after set up would not keep from slipping and it crashed and tore the banner. The banner was thin and kept curling and now has a huge rip in it. I have ordered from vista print on multiple occasions and have had nothing but great product.....but this one I am very disappointed in. I purchased this equipment especially for this exhibit and never opened it until this day, to be totally disappointed and my display at the exhibit suffered.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap and flimsy stand Everything I've ever purchased at vista print has been great except this stand. The lady I spoke to said it was great, but it's just like the other reviewers have said. It's ultra lightweight and flimsy, so it's easy to knock over. The banner falls out of the grooves too easily, I'm just constantly waiting for it to fall out. My banner looks great, the stand is awful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from started leaking sand I liked it fine, but only set this up once a month, and last night sand was leaking from my lower stand support portion. Has not been mishandled.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from tube fell in I bought some banners (which I honestly needed to guess to image and the quality did not come out that great for my logo) and I bought two stands. Both of them the tubes fell into each other-it was like there was only a piece of sticky or something to keep them from going inside each other, very sad
