How many orders per month are required to have a co-branded portal set up for my company?Back to top
| If you expect your employees/sales force to place at least 100 orders a month, you qualify for the Business Solutions program. |

There is a one-time $199 (regularly $249) fee to become a Vistaprint Business Solution partner. There are no annual or additional fees associated with this program. Included in this membership is:
- 1-4 custom templates
- Co-Branded Portal hosted by Vistaprint
- Back office reporting tools
- Dedicated customer service team & personal account manager
- Marketing Services

What is the price of the products sold through my Business Solutions portal? Can I make money on selling the products or pass on a discount to my employees/field staff?Back to top
| As part of the Business Solutions program, you are eligible to a combined discount and revenue share of at least 10% of the product price, based on monthly order volume. |
How long does it take to get a co-branded portal created?Back to top
| The time it takes to deploy your portal is largely dependent on you providing the page requirements, logos, and artwork files to us in a timely manner, and also providing prompt feedback and legal approval. Once we have the all of the artwork, logos and requirements, the initial portal will take on average 7-10 business days to complete, with additional days if depending on changes required. |
How do my employees/field staff learn about and access to the portal?Back to top
| Your field staff can access your co-branded portal through the Web 24/7, through your own custom URL. This URL can be placed on your web site or communicated through company newsletters or bulletin boards. In addition, we will provide custom HTML for you to use in an e-mail campaign to your field staff. |
What happens to my portal if there are no orders?Back to top
| The custom templates created for a portal must be purchased within 60 days of creation, or they will be automatically deleted from our system. Re-creation of those templates will be at our additional template charge of $25 per template. Also, per the terms and conditions of the program, if a portal has no orders for a month,Vistaprint reserves the right to deactivate the portal. |
