Likewise, we appreciate the provided photo via email of the affected product as a reference. Looking at the attached image of the actual print and generated PDF file from the design edit page; we can confirm that the actual artwork was printed as it is. Furthermore, we recommend that always use high-resolution images for your design to ensure that the final product will be the same as the artwork used. On the contrary, with the bubbles and wrinkles, we can all agree that this should not be produced with these issues. With this, we've taken the necessary action on your order. A confirmation email with further information will be sent to you. We hope this will not deter you from using Vistaprint in the future.
