So glad I ordered with express 3 day shipping and my banner, now 4 days overdue has still yet to be delivered. I needed it for this past weekend when I had a craft booth at a festival. Now when it does eventually get here I have no use for it. Absolutely no communication on their end, whether it be an email to verify the purchase and the delivery date/ tracking or a late notice on said package. I refuse to buy my business cards from this company no matter the quality because of my poor experience already.

Absolutely love the banner I had printed for the anniversary of my father's death. I was worried some of the pictures would look blurry or pixelated, but I was so impressed with the end result. Will definitely use Vistaprint again in the future.

Definitely get reinforced edges!

I thought I ordered reinforced edges but unfortunately I guess I didn't. I can tell it isn't going to last very long, as we are using it outside a few times every weekend at ballgames. The wind looks like it's going to tear the edges up and we've only used it one weekend. Negatives: I paid for grommets but they only do them on the top and bottom edges. I would recommend putting them on the left and right as well, especially with a banner as big as 4'x8'. It's wanting to curl already. Positives: The print quality is great and I received it somewhat quick.

I chose Grommets - and it came without grommets and in my order history it says no grommets. I DID chose Grommets

Upon checking, prior to designing your Vinyl Banners, on the product page, you will have the option to choose Hanging Option if you want Grommets or No Grommets. Also, this information is available on your shopping cart before checkout. For some unknown reason, this was missed during the ordering process.
