We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with the stamp. This is certainly not the level of quality we aim to deliver to our customers. To rectify this, we've processed a replacement order for you. You can track the update in your order history, and the new order will be delivered within 3 business days. Your order number will remain the same. Also, your stamp will come with a blank label. Remove the paper, stamp it, and return it to the display to create your own customized label.

We are deeply sorry about the print issue of the Rectangular Self-Inking Stamps you received. We'd be happy to help. Upon checking, your details were too many to make use of the design area. Looking at the FAQ section of the product page, there is a question, how much text can I fit on my rectangular stamp? Our answer is for the best legibility, we recommend a maximum of three (3) lines. Uploads with small graphics, fonts smaller than 8-point, or fine lines are not advised and may be rejected. Your artwork has five (5) lines. Considering that this was a reorder, and it was not the same size as the previous one, the last order made for this product was in October 2020 and this order was canceled based on the order history. Furthermore, always remember to consider the size of your details to the size of the actual product. We value your review and are grateful that you took the time to voice your concerns.
