I frequently have difficulty navigating the templates or getting them to respond as they should. I have created many many many print products from Vista Print and have sucessfully navigated the templates for creating printed material. The E-mail templates are not the same, and do not consistently respond.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't Even Get Started! Despite its questionable prior reviews, I decided to give the e:mail marketing at least for the free trial period. I would like to be able to say that I at least gave this a chance, but I can't even import any contacts. I can see in the "Address Book" where contacts are added (because it SAYS that they are added) however when I click "Next," the system repeatedly prompts me to add contacts, stating that I have not added any. I can't really even give this a try, to give Vistaprint the benefit of the doubt, because I can't get past the prompts to add contacts. Calls to customer service are absolutely useless because all they can tell you is that they're sorry for your difficulty. I was really hoping that I might find some benefit from this, but if you can't get past step one, there is no possibility for success. Let's see how long it takes for me to cancel something I can't even use. The negative reviews here are absolutely accurate. Stick to Vistaprint for most printed items, but they're nowhere near ready to provide web hosting, e:mail or e:mail marketing.

Hotmail emails addresses have the message "sent", so you include your own hotmail email on the list and find out that you never received it. Not even on your spam box. Just a waist of your time. Only yahoo emails addresses receive the newsletter.

I had not received my email from vistaprint to validate my email. I sent it to 3 different emails, check my spam and still nothing. This issue has been going on for over a year from what I have read on previous "help posts". I was really needing to get this campaign out today, and since they were having "technical issues" with their email validation process and no ETA on when it would be fixed, I decided to cancel my subscription.
