awful quality, and received some without labels!

Kindly note that our Stamps and delivered with blank labels to give you the option to personalize the labelling. You may simply remove the case, take out the paper, and then stamp it to create your own label. As for the quality, please respond to this email with specific issues you encountered so that we can take the necessary actions and work with you for a suitable resolution.
