Defective products and bad customer service

I orders 100 of these mugs along with a few hundred other things for marketing. All of them came with a sticker on the bottom advertising someone else's company and when I called to complain I was bounced around from person to person. No one followed up with me and when someone did finally email me back I was advised I would need to soak 100 cups into hot water and scrape it off? As a small business owner in daycare working 16 hour days who has time to unbox 100 cups soak them individually in water then scrape off these stickers I didn't ask to be put on these cups in the first place. Very disappointed in this one order I spent close to $3,000. Really wish I would have spent this money elsewhere if this was going yo be the result.
