We are deeply sorry to hear about the color and print quality issues with the Postcards you received. This is definitely not a Vistaprint experience we want you to remember. Likewise, we appreciate the provided photo of the received product as a reference. Upon checking, the last order made on this product was way back in June 2022, and it seems that the image used from that order has a lighter background compared to this recent one. Kindly take note that our digital printers are set to CMYK format, which will definitely affect your design or files uploaded, especially if they are in RGB or Pantone. We recommend that you update your artwork with a high-resolution image and by changing the colors to CMYK. As a reference, we are using the CMYK color mode in the printing facility intended for printing with ink. While RGB is the color mode intended for screen displays, which you can see from your design page. The more color added in CMYK mode, the darker the result; the more color added to RGB, the lighter the result. Concerning the blurry print, we highly recommend updating your file with a high-resolution image to resolve this.
