What is Pro Advantage?
Pro Advantage is a membership program offered to Vistaprint’s print reseller customers in the U.S. and Canada. If you are a graphic designer, marketer or a print professional that currently purchases Vistaprint products to resell to your customers, then this program may be a fit for you. Pro Advantage customers enjoy a variety of exclusive benefits, including a site-wide product discount, discounted shipping prices, free uploads and PDF proofs, and much more. There are two different programs within Pro Advantage (a Basic package and a Premium package), providing you the flexibility to choose the option that best meets your business and print needs.
What happens after I join Pro Advantage?
After you join Pro Advantage, you will receive a welcome email with more details on the benefits of the program. Your benefits are effective immediately, so start shopping and saving!
How does Pro Advantage help my business?
You are a print professional reselling printed products and Vistaprint is your partner in success! First, conduct your customer transaction offline. You can resell products to your customers at any price and determine your own commission structure. Then, place your customer’s order through our secure, fully-automated, self-service website.

What resources can I access?
When you join Pro Advantage Premium, you will receive a coupon to set up a free Custom Portfolio that showcases the high-quality, full-color printing you’ll provide to your customers. How do I view my prices?
Print out our Pro Advantage pricing sheet, or product specific pricing info, and take it with you to meetings with clients so you can mark the prices up and provide a quote on the spot. You can also price it out by designing your product to see your exact price and cost, and then store the item in your portfolio or cart until you’re ready to purchase.
What is my shipping price?
Pro Advantage Basic customers’ orders shipped within North America are eligible for Vistaprint’s every day tiered flat rate shipping. Flat rate price is based on the size of your order; Economy from $3.99 to $9.99, Standard from $8.99 to $17.99, Rush from $19.99 to $29.99, and free Standard shipping for orders over $150.
Pro Advantage Premium customers’ orders shipped within North America get fixed shipping regardless of basket size: $3.99 for Economy, $7.99 for Standard, $16.99 for Express and free Standard shipping for orders over $150.
Free orders and orders purchased with a group buying coupon (i.e. Groupon) are not eligible for fixed rate shipping.
Will customers know I use Vistaprint to print products? Will Vistaprint contact my customers?
No. The orders you create with Pro Advantage will be printed on unbranded products and shipped in unbranded boxes to conceal your source. Your clients will not know Vistaprint is your source.
Vistaprint will never contact your customers.
How do I make my products?
It's easy! Just go on the Pro Advantage homepage by clicking on the link provided to you in your welcome email. Once you’re logged into your Pro Advantage account, all of the tools are right at your fingertips. Remember, if you upload your own artwork or need PDF proofs, these are free benefits for Pro Advantage members.

How does the free 30-day Premium trial work?
During the free 30-day Premium trial membership, you’ll be able to take advantage of all the benefits that the premium membership offers.
Cancel your membership before the end of the 30 days, and you’ll have paid nothing. To cancel, call (toll-free) 1.800.721.6217 or visit your “My Account” page for a self-cancellation option.
If you don’t cancel your membership before the end of the 30 days, the credit or debit card that you used to sign up will be charged $74.99, annually.
What is the Custom Marketing Kit?
The Custom Marketing Kit included in the Premium membership consists of 250 premium business cards, 100 postcards, 25 brochures, 10 flat invitations and matching envelopes which you can customize to market your own business or create samples of your work. The package is valued at over $100 and be can redeemed once every 12 months with a special promo code provided to you once you’re in the program.
How do I cancel my membership?
Canceling your membership is easy. Just call us (toll-free) at 1.800.721.6216 (Basic customers) or 1.800.721.6217 (Premium customers). When you call, we may ask you for feedback about how we can improve the Program. We appreciate any comments you may have, as we are always striving to improve our service.
How do I pay my annual membership fee?
The annual membership fee for Pro Advantage Premium is billed to the credit or debit card that you used when joining the program.
When can I start using my benefits?
Immediately after you have completed the program registration process! You can be up and running in as little as 10 minutes! If you have orders that you want to apply the program benefits to, sign up for the program first, then place the orders through the program.
