Product Changed For the Worst

I purchased 3 of these flags last year. They are fantastic. I lost one of the stakes and tried to order just a replacement stake. Vistaprint doesn't sell just the stake and I found out why. I had to buy the entire kit again for over $300 just so I can have 3 working flags and when I received the new flag/kit, I knew why they don't sell just the stake. Vistaprint changed designs. The stake for the new design does not fit the old design. The old kit came with a very nice carrying case but the new ones do not. I can't fit the new poles in the case. Extremely nice kits in 2023, but the new kits are very cheap and not user friendly.

No Safety Pins

I like how they visually look, that's not the issue. I purchased augers with my flags and received no pins to secure the auger to the flag pole. Even the original stand did not come with a safety pin. This means that anyone can walk by and take it or the wind might blow it away.

I would not purchase again

I purchased a flag that came with several pieces. After putting everything together, it seems like something is missing or I was sent the wrong part. I contacted Vistaprint through email, sent pictures and never received a response. The product would be great if I could get the flag to stay on the base in the ground. There are no extra attachments. It could easily fly away.

The flag is great, seems to be good quality. Time will tell how well it holds up against fading.
I did have an issue during the check out process, that went unnoticed until product arrival. I apparently updated something and the product I thought I was buying changed completely. This resulted in my receiving one 6' single flag with a pole. I had intended to purchase two 8' flags with no poles. Apparently the price is so similar I didn't question the slight change in price. First time I've had this issue when buying online. I assume the error happened during the multiple reviews process, which is to verify that the print is what you want (mine is). My advice is be VERY careful at the end after all the reviews that you get what you started out ordering. When I enquired, there is "NO RETURN POLICY at present".
