We are deeply sorry about the uneven white border area from the Custom Post-it Notes® you received. Allow us to check this for you. Looking at your My Projects under your account, it turns out that the artwork was modified and updated 2 days ago showing the entire border was up to the bleed area and cutting off the border including the text below. While the preview from your order history and the actual product you received have white edges. It turns out that the design was printed as it is. Concerning designing, we don't encourage borders on any printed item. Based on our production and cutting process, since we print these items on a large scale of material and will be cut down into individual pieces once done then there's a tendency that the borders will not be even. We are aware that this may not be the best response you were hoping for, but we sincerely hope that you can still feel our desire to assist.
