This website is intended exclusively for class members seeking to obtain the benefits of the settlement approved by the California courts in the matter of Jon Talarico v. VistaPrint USA, Inc. and VistaPrint.com, Inc.
, Case No. BC32140, California Superior Court. These benefits are available to all persons with California addresses who, between September 12, 2000 and April 29, 2005, ordered and received 250 free business cards from the website http://www.vistaprint.com
or any international version of that website (the "Settlement Class") and who did not opt out of the class action and settlement. If you are entitled to receive the benefits of this settlement, you have previously been sent a notice by VistaPrint indicating your eligibility. Benefits are not available to individuals who opted out of the class action and settlement by June 6, 2005 or who otherwise do not qualify as class members.
Class Action Settlement Details
The settlement received final approval by the California Superior Court on June 17, 2005 and was confirmed by the California Court of Appeal on February 28, 2007. Under the terms of the settlement, as a member of the Settlement Class who did not opt out of the class action and settlement before June 6, 2005, you are entitled to the following:
If you order 250 free business cards on one occasion from VistaPrint between June 8, 2007 and June 19, 2009 and pay the regular shipping and processing costs for such business cards, you are eligible to order an additional 250 business cards from VistaPrint at the time you place your original order, all at the discounted dollar amounts approved by the Court in the settlement. This will result in a total cost for the 500 business cards as outlined in the table below, based on your chosen shipping speed. These benefits apply to a single order of 500 free business cards (without upgrades) and may be redeemed only once per class member. You must place your order prior to June 19, 2009 to obtain this pricing.
