Designers change your design after the fact. They do not share a proof even if you wait on hold over the phone, over the chat, or by email, they do not share the changes they will make. In my case, they added silver foil over an area that was transparent on the file, and appeared white on the preview (same as background). This error means I cannot use the cards for the event I made them for, and Vistaprint will not correct their mistake in time, or seemingly at all. After communicating with representatives thoroughly it is astonishing that they will still completely invent horrendous changes without notifying the customer. Avoid the foil design, maybe they print true to your file with other selections? Shipping takes long, Vistaprint's "help" service cannot their amend mistakes rushed for urgent deadlines, and the "chat" feature is lengthy and does not result in help.

I placed an order for cards for 3 different consumers, and for this specific product the client decided to invest a little more in the design, paper quality, quantity and finishes, however when I reviewed them compared to the others they were almost at the same level as the others. others. The investment was not in accordance with the product received.

Foil Looks Great, But Cutting is Terrible

I've ordered business cards for multiple businesses in multiple places, but I was intrigued by the foil accent option here. While that part looks great, unfortunately my cards look unprofessional because of a dull blade being used to cut the cards (see white marks along edges from paper tearing rather than cutting), as well as poor alignment and inconsistency in how they are cut. Other places cut bleeds with much more precision, but Vistaprint cut these cards in a way that ruined the design.

Paid for foil and didn't get it, faded image, poor quality

The image quality was very faded and the foil I ordered was not included. I had to go to a local FedEx to get them reprinted. The colors came out as bright as designed. And a border was added instead of maintaining a full bleed. The image on the left is from FedEx and you can see the image is much better. This was really disappointing because the last business cards I ordered were fantastic. It's like a whole different company printed these. Very disappointed and need a refund but have been too busy to do anything about it.
