Different from original

To dark, different from the original. Colors more faded. Low quality business cards, nothing like the previous ones I had ordered.

Came fast and just how I wanted it! Only thing is that about 2-5 of them in each box were damaged. Other than that, the quality is great!

Gloss on one side only

Extremely disapointted.
I don't understand why each side gloss and each side matte.
Refund process is also difficult, waited emails for days.

poor quality and dull finish. I was told that I didnt select a finish but did not see that anywhere on the order page. 1st and last time ordering

Disappointed with the quality.

I'm a graphic designer and I use VistaPrint for all of my customers printing needs. Unfortunately I'm extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the business cards.
I ordered MATTE cards specifically and the ones I received are Glossy on one side and Matte on the other. Also, the matte side of the car is completely discolored and way darker than its original colors. In the preview & proof of the cards before checking out look totally different than the ones I received.
Not sure if I'm going to keep using VP as my printing source for my clients anymore after this.
