The product is thinner than I thought it would be (similar to a reusable fabric shopping bag). Having said that, I am very happy with it overall. Love that it has the zipper on top and the water bottle pouch (although you're not gonna get a bigger bottle in there, it's on the smallish side). The logo printing came out fantastic. I am looking forward to giving these away and keeping my business on their mind every time it is used :-)
