We apologize that the Jacket did not meet your expectations. Upon checking, the submitted design does not meet the embroidery guidelines, especially the text on the bottom part. Fonts should be at least 1/4" in height. Furthermore, we want to ensure your satisfaction and have taken the necessary action on your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with more details.
