We appreciate your review and we do apologize that your Lady's fleece Vest didn't turn out as expected. Please be informed that the way embroidered stitching represents an image is completely different than the way computer graphics are generated and shown, which makes it impossible to recreate some imagery as embroidery. Designs for embroidered products require additional attention. Since the artwork is being stitched, not printed, onto the surface of the fabric, there are special restrictions that must be taken into consideration. To ensure your embroidered products look their best, we recommend sizing your font as large as possible and avoiding fonts that are very bold and detailed. We are committed to maintaining your total satisfaction. As a result, we are in the process to review your request and we will communicate an email shortly with more details. We constantly collect and inspect feedback that can help us provide services that our customers can use with satisfaction.
