To make this right, we've issued a merchandise credit to your account for the product cost of the T-shirts. This credit is valid for a year and can be applied to any future order. We noticed the logo uploaded to the T-shirt has a black background. For best results, it is recommended to remove the background so that it doesn't give the iron on look. We recommend that you use this credit towards a new order for the t-shirts based on the above details. We trust this was helpful.
