Site Upgrade Program

Q: Why was my Vistaprint website upgraded to a Wix website?

A: Vista x Wix offers a better experience, more features, and many empowering capabilities to help you grow your businesses. It far outpaces our previous website offering, so we have made the move to offer a better customer experience for you.

 

Q: Will I pay Vistaprint or Wix for my website subscription now?

A: You will continue to pay Vistaprint for your website subscription. You can find and manage your subscription in your account under My Subscriptions.

 

Q: What happens if I have issues with my migrated website? 

A: If you experience any issues with your website due to the migration, please contact us.

 

Q: Does my [Vistaprint] website need to be upgraded?

A: As we discontinued the Vistaprint website builder, all of our customers who had Vistaprint builder websites were upgraded to our new Vista x Wix platform.

 

Q: Why did the price increase for my website subscription?

A: If you are unhappy with the new price, please contact us to discuss options to downgrade to another plan. Vista x Wix even offers the possibility to manage a website for free.

 

Q: I was a WEBS.com customer — what will happen to my bill now that I have been migrated to Vista x Wix, and I was billed every two years?

A: You have been converted to annual billing. Your next bill will occur whenever your previous 2-year subscription ends.

 

Domains and Hover and Exact Hosting Transfers

Q: Why was my domain and/or mailbox transferred to the company Hover or Exact Hosting? 

A: Vistaprint decided to transfer our customers' domains and mailboxes to the companies Hover and Exact Hosting, as they are leaders in their industry and specialize in domains and mailboxes.

A: You can search for your domain via these links:

 

Q: Will Hover or Exact Hosting manage my domain and/or mailbox subscription now?

A: Yes, Hover or Exact Hosting will manage your subscription moving forward for your domain and/or mailboxes. 

 

Q: What happens if my domain goes offline? What does that mean?

A: If you are getting an error message when you try to access your website, your domain could be offline, and you need to contact your registrar to resolve the issue.

  1. If your domain is registered with Hover-contact Hover support.
  2. If your domain is registered with Exact Hosting — contact Exact Hosting support.
  3. If your domain is registered with another registrar (i.e., GoDaddy, Domains by Vista x Wix, SquareSpace, etc.) — contact your registrars' support team.

Q: Do I have to keep my domain and/or mailboxes with Hover or Exact Hosting?

A: No, you do not have to keep your domain or mailboxes with Hover or Exact Hosting. You may choose to transfer your domains/mailboxes to another company of your choice, including Vista x Wix. Contact Hover or Exact Hosting to help you transfer your domain/mailboxes.
