Q: Will I pay Vistaprint or Wix for my website subscription now?
A: You will continue to pay Vistaprint for your website subscription. You can find and manage your subscription in your account under My Subscriptions.
Q: What happens if I have issues with my migrated website?
A: If you experience any issues with your website due to the migration, please contact us.
Q: Does my [Vistaprint] website need to be upgraded?
A: As we discontinued the Vistaprint website builder, all of our customers who had Vistaprint builder websites were upgraded to our new Vista x Wix platform.
Q: Why did the price increase for my website subscription?
A: If you are unhappy with the new price, please contact us to discuss options to downgrade to another plan. Vista x Wix even offers the possibility to manage a website for free.
Q: I was a WEBS.com customer — what will happen to my bill now that I have been migrated to Vista x Wix, and I was billed every two years?
A: You have been converted to annual billing. Your next bill will occur whenever your previous 2-year subscription ends.

Q: Why was my domain and/or mailbox transferred to the company Hover or Exact Hosting?
A: Vistaprint decided to transfer our customers' domains and mailboxes to the companies Hover and Exact Hosting, as they are leaders in their industry and specialize in domains and mailboxes.

Q: What happens if my domain goes offline? What does that mean?
A: If you are getting an error message when you try to access your website, your domain could be offline, and you need to contact your registrar to resolve the issue.
