Second time I have ordered Christmas cards

reorder cards were not the same quality as the original

My original order of these 6 cards were glossy coated. The order that recently arrived was uncoated and didn't feel or look like the same quality as my first order. I'm not totally unhappy with the new cards, but since it was a re-order, I did expect to receive the same quality of card.

We appreciate your review and we do apologize that the cards didn't have the same finish as before. We have reviewed the order and all but one of the cards had the matte finish selected. For future orders, regardless if it is a reorder, we do recommend that you double check the features and finishes in your shopping cart and make changes if necessary. -T.A

Reorder cards

These were a re-order and unfortunately they were cut off on the right side. They were not printed centered. This happened on both items that I had reordered. Normally, these are great, but this one was messed up.
