Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the logo on your product turned out too small to read and that you are unable to distinguish what it is. We completely understand how disappointing it is to receive an item where your branding elements aren't as clear or visible as you had hoped. Upon checking your design file, we can see that the uploaded image included the logo at a very small scale within the 2.63" x 2.63" design space. Because of these dimensions, the text and finer details of the logo were already illegible on the digital preview screen. We would like to advise that our facility utilizes a fully automated printing process that replicates the exact file, sizing, and layout provided in the design upload without any manual adjustments during production. This means that you received exactly what was submitted with the order. We want to make sure you get a product you can proudly use. Could you please edit your design in your studio account to increase the logo to an adequate size, and then share the updated version with us by replying directly to this email? Once we receive the adjusted artwork, we will review it with you to ensure it looks great for a reprint and find the best way to make this right.
