They've messed up three times AND COUNTING

The first time I ordered these cards, they were supposed to be on thicker matte paper with foiling. I got shiny cards on regular paper with no foiling at all, and a pink stripe at the top. I got on here with CS to fix this. I was very clear about what I ordered and where I wanted the foiling—the necklace, earrings, headband, and the text, and *some* background *details.* The order was then replaced. What I got in the second order was the necklace only and the entire background. No earrings, headband, or text, and the background was only supposed to have details, not be solid foil. The paper was correct this time. But this still wasn't what I ordered. I got on with CS for a second time, and that one acknowledged that the previous rep wasn't clear in the notes about where to have the foiling, and also said the background is either all foil, or none. So I decided to skip the background since all foil obscured detailed, but still wanted the necklace, earrings, headband, and the text, which I VERY specifically stated, and that rep said she made clearer notes and would replace it. I just got the second replacement order, and it's exactly the same as the previous one—necklace only and solid background. I don't know how to be clearer about the necklace, earrings, headband, and text. HOW CAN I BE CLEARER? I WANT THE NECKLACE…THE EARRINGS…THE HEADBAND…AND THE TEXT…to be foiled. How can I be clearer about this? HOW? It's not possible, yet they can't get this right. This isn't an unambiguous design. Yet they can't get it right. Attached are a photo of the third shipment I got today, which is still wrong, and a screencap of the original file uploaded, showing that these elements aren't obscure or hard to find. You have ONE job, Vista, and you're failing. I also ordered pens and bookmarks, and the pens also arrived too messed up to use. At least those only took one replacement. The bookmarks are beautiful. The rest has been a headache.
