Print quality very poor and no help available

I purchased a tri-fold brochure using my own design. I approved the printing area and placed the order as instructed. When we received the order, on time, the outside print looks great. The inside print has a ghost image on all 500 brochures. It is a ghost image of one of the outside panels. I tried to contact Vistaprint online and by phone. No help was available. I don't know what to do because these are too poor quality to use. I need a reprint or a refund so I can get brochures I can use.

The online assistant was excellent and responsive to helping me finish the design. Disappointed at the quality of the color quality - not as vibrant as my business cards. Would have been helpful to know prior to ordering if the quality depends on the paper used.
