Thank you for reviewing the rack card. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are so sorry that the size of the text and image didn't turn out as expected. We have provided a resolution to your account and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. As it relates to the design, the image that was uploaded to the rack card is too small for the intended purpose. As such, we highly recommend that you recreate the rack card. You may choose to upload the text separately from the images and allow them to take up more space on the template in our design studio.
