Beautiful Design, Disappointing Durability

I loved the design and printing—they turned out exactly as I had hoped. Unfortunately, the quality of the boxes themselves was very disappointing. They simply aren’t sturdy enough to withstand normal USPS shipping, which defeats the purpose of a mailer box.
I was genuinely excited when I placed this order, but I was disappointed when they arrived and even more concerned after testing them for shipping. I really wanted these to work because the printed design is beautiful, but I can’t confidently use them to ship products to my customers.
I hope the company considers offering a more durable box option in the future because the printing quality is excellent.

We sincerely apologize that the quality of the boxes failed to meet your expectations and that you found them insufficiently sturdy for normal USPS shipping, despite loving the beautiful design and printing. We completely understand your concerns and appreciate you testing them out. Please note that these boxes are made from 1/16-inch corrugated E-flute cardboard with a 32 ECT (edge crush test) rating, meaning they are designed to be sturdy and crush-resistant under standard conditions, and typically will not crush unless handled poorly during transit.
