Unfortunately the print on Mugs looks very dull and faded.

Uploading my own design with the highest quality doesn't help the vista printer from printing too faded. This is my second mug (this month) with the same issue from before. Ny images are high quality, but the black is faded into a charcoal grey and the photo is slightly blurry. These mugs-- I've bought as gifts unfortunately do not hold to my gift giving standards so I will ultimately toss them unfortunately.

this mug is perfect. I ordered just one for a friend, and the picture I put on it is super good quality, the colors are vibrant, and it's super clear with no blurriness. I also put writing on the other side and the same is true. The shipping was super fast, I ordered it and it was on my doorstep in less than a week. I highly recommend ordering your products from this site creating your design and placing your order are made so simple.

Great coffee cup

We love our company coffee mugs. They have ran through the dishwasher many times and the logo still looks great. Very happy with the quality and the image is very clear.
