Absolutely the worst puzzle I have ever purchased

I have ordered many custom puzzles from other companies with mixed results and have used Vistaprint for other items and was happy, so thought I'd give them a shot.. The puzzle I recieved is terrible quality, came in a cheap, ridiculously tiny box, with a terrible image and is unusable. I should have returned it, but I don't know if they take returns on custom work. I used a very hi rez image and it looks like crap, plus the pieces can barely be picked up because they are so thin. They also don't stay together for moving smaller completed areas of the puzzle into place.

This product is a joke

I ordered one to see the quality before I ordered more for my clients. As others mentioned, the box was flimsy and had a poor print quality image pasted crooked on the front of the box. It was embarrassing to the point that my client laughed at it and I didn't blame them. The print quality of the puzzle was ok, but the puzzle pieces are super thin and flimsy. Many of the pieces fit multiple other pieces making the puzzle more annoying than fun. Don't waste your time with this one. Hopefully they scrap this and work on a better quality product.
