We're sorry the image was not printed as expected on the magnetic clips. This is definitely not the type of result we wanted for your shopping experience. We've done some checks and found that the image does not have a transparent background which is why it was printed with a white background. As such, we recommend that you make the image transparent by converting it to a high resolution PNG file format, then re-upload if.
