Perfect timing

I had placed an order for pink softy journals. A couple of days later I found out that they were out of stock. At the time, I was up against a deadline for a new client. After explaining this to a customer service rep, the rep worked diligently to make sure that what I selected was in stock assisted in completing the order. And, the blessing is that the order got here in plenty of time before the deadline for my new customers convention. She was pleased. Vista Print went above the call of duty. I will continue using this service. Thanks again for "hearing me" :).

The coloring was off.

A little disappointed that the coloring was off. Needed to be #25578D and came out much darker.
