This is not the type of service we want you to receive, so we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We've reviewed the tracking details and saw that the cards were supposed to have been delivered to you by now. We're not sure what happened; however, we're happy to help by placing a free reorder for new cards. You should receive the order within a few days.
