Beautiful Posters

I ordered two beautiful posters from Vistaprint. I ordered one and then realized I needed another one so I ordered that one separately. The first one came in the box was bent, and the tube was bent, and this was not the fault of Vistaprint, but it did affect the poster to a certain extent. I said it was usable, but I just wanted them to know. Through the self-help customer service guide they immediately gave me a refund which wasn’t necessary but was very nice. The second one came and it was packed in a tube within a better box. The poster was perfect no issues at all. The fact that they were so good about helping with this problem so quickly was truly amazing and I appreciate the posters and the customer service. We have been clients of Vistaprint personally and professionally for years. It’s a first class operation that’s affordable fair and always does a nice job.

Company should have emailed or contacted me regarding the resolution. The poster was blurry. I had to trash it.
