We're extremely sorry about the printing issue of the Retractable Banners you received. This is definitely not a Vistaprint experience we want you to remember. Likewise, we appreciate the provided photo of the received product as a reference. Looking at the attached image and revisiting the design edit page, the used artwork was the same as the printed product, and the word transformation edge was the same as designed. Also, the QR code was working on our end as we were routed to your Transformation Edge Coaching and Consulting page. Since our printing system is automated and has no human intervention, the submitted file was printed as it is. Furthermore, we highly suggest that you always check the preview, and generate a PDF proof before proceeding to ensure correctness prior to ordering your products. For the leaning forward banner, failing to slot the pole in the button will cause the banner to lean forward and look unsightly when in use. If your banner does lean forward, this will be a common reason why and is easily fixed. We are aware that this may not be the best response you were hoping for, but we sincerely hope that you can still feel our desire to assist.
