Expensive and low quality

The table runner is very thin fabric, and is hemmed with very thick translucent synthetic thread which causes it to wrinkle at the edges and the corners to lift up. My design featured a black background so I selected the all-black fabric option, but this apparently does not include the back, so the exposed corners stick out very clearly. The design tool also does not display the preview image correctly and I had to confirm with customer service that it would not distort my image before I ordered. Very disappointed in the quality for the price.
