order printed and cut incorrectly

The round button envelope seals were lighter in color and not cut correctly. The colors are to be brighter and cut around the seal only. The cut came in oval over two seals.

I can't see any detail at all!

I've purchased from Vista Print over the years and been very happy. Except for this product. I had no idea the logo wouldn't cover the majority of the sticker area. The actual logo displayed is so small I'd have to use a magnifying glass to see what it actally is. I feel the size of uploaded image and what you receive on the sticker is actually pretty deceiving, even when you have viewed the sticker before purchasing. Really a shame.
