Design Gallery: Personalized Note Cards

It is my fault for not reading correctly, but I never heard of a a 'flat' note card, which is of course a "POSTCARD" as your packing label indicates. I've used you for many years and have always been very happy, but not this time. Sorry. Even the picture as I write this review shows a folded note card. Misleading.

I was really disappointed with the quality of this product - most items I have ordered from Vistaprint are great and look similar to what is shown in the mock-up, but this one you cant even read the text.

My note cards came out just as I designed them. The printing of this design, which included only text and a simple line inserted in places, turned out consistently excellent. The envelopes are a major bonus at no extra charge - they aren't thick, but they are good enough to work for mailing. I have used Vistaprint to print note cards in the past, and I have found that the results with designs that include only text and simple designs are consistently good, while reproduction of designs including original photos produces less predictable results. All things considered, I will continue to come to Vistaprint for my note cards. The price for what you get can't be beat in the marketplace, as long as you understand the limits of their production capabilities and plan your designs accordingly.

I sincerely appreciate your sending me new note cards at no charge. The original size was not suitable and it was my error. However, Vista Print reprinted the cards in the correct size and did not charge me. Thank you. I will continue to use your services and will recommend you to other people.
