Spiral binding is on wrong

I love the look of my notebooks! However, the spiral binding is put on... inside out? Instead of the end of the binding being at the back of the notebook it's in between the front cover and the front page. I don't think I'm explaining it well, but whatever. Anyway, when you try to turn the pages they come out.

We purchased these at first, and everyone liked them, but the feedback we received was that they wanted lined notebooks. So we got the leather lined notebooks. These are great for a small business looking to give gifts at their booths.

Blank Pages

The picture shows LINED pages and I get BLANK pages. I don't recall seeing the option for lined vs blank pages but the customer service rep pointed out that it was my fault for not specifying when I ordered. Maybe I did choose lined since THE PHOTO IN MY ORDERED ITEMS SHOWS lined paper. By the way, the paper quality is so-so. The paper feels very thin.
