error on envelope stickers

you used my old loft number, you got the right number on my business cards, but you put the old number on the envelope stickers' the info on the conf. page was so small that i did not see the error. can you replace the envelope stickers with the correct number, loft 3118 instead of 3103 ?

Since our printing process is automated, the design is printed exactly as it is submitted at the time of order. We always recommend double-checking the preview before finalizing a purchase to ensure accuracy. To help, we've processed a replacement at no cost to you with the updated details that will be under the same order number. An email with tracking details will be sent once shipped out. Please feel free to dispose of or recycle the item received. We hope you feel our genuine intentions to make things right.
