We apologize for any confusion caused by the missing image on the top of the stamp and the ink-smudging issue you've encountered. Kindly note that the label on top is blank to allow you to personalize your labeling of the stamp. You may remove the paper, stamp it, and return it to the display to create your own customized label. Regarding the ink smudging issue, it's possible that it may be a faulty batch, and as such, we've processed a replacement at no cost to you.
