The box the stamp was delivered in was smashed at one end (which really has nothing to do with VistaPrint) except maybe consider shipping in a sturdier box. The stamp works well but there was no "sample stamp" on the top showing the stamp/what the stamp is. I had to make it and tape it to the top myself.
