I am new to ordering from Vista Print and this was the first letter I'd ordered as well. Being new, it took some time to get the hang of how designing it worked, but after 20 minutes of clicking, moving and trying things - it was easy to figure out. I was a little nervous with how the final print was going to be. When I reviewed it on my screen, the text looked a little fuzzy/blurry. However, my sample print from home, it was clear and sharp. The final product when it arrived to my home was extremely impressive. I had no idea what paper I ordered either. I just clicked on the "recommended" paper. I am very happy and impressed with the paper quality as it does feel thick and has a texture to it. It doesn't flop in the paper/brochure holder I bought to put the letters in either. Everything is very clear, crisp, sharp and colors on it were vibrant. I will definitely be ordering custom letters from Vista Print again. ---> and lets not mention in my experience, the shipping was much faster than stated. I also did not order around any holidays, but I was still quoted 2 weeks and I received them in about 9 days.

VistaPrint has always been my go to for printing. I was disappointed with my recent purchase. My stationary was not packed well. It arrived scattered in the shipping box. Not very presentable.
