Thank you cards…not what I expected

I’m not pleased with the thank you cards. While I designed the back side of the card, the design did not come out clear. In addition the font size is too small. The size of the card came smaller than expected, I definitely need to redo the cards. Unfortunately, I have to throw them away. It doesn’t meet my needs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review of the Custom Thank You Cards. We are sorry to hear that the backside design and size of the card did not turn out as expected. Please note that we only offer 1 standard size for the thank you cards, which is 5.5" x 4". From our review of the design, we found there were too many details on the cards for the size that was ordered. Also, there were blank spaces where the design did not cover. In the future, we suggest creating your design at the full bleed size to prevent the blank spaces: 4.33" x 5.59". We suggest ordering a bigger document such as a postcard: www.vistaprint.com/marketing-materials/standard-postcards. Otherwise, you may edit your original design and remove some of the details, increase the font size, and change the design to the full bleed size. Furthermore, when creating your design, we suggest that you download a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order. This is available in the editing studio, in the upper left corner when you click on the product name. When viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. Yes. Before adding your thank you cards to your cart, you’ll have a chance to add envelopes. Please note that you’ll receive one envelope for each card. If you’d prefer to skip the envelopes altogether, you’ll be able to do that too.

No. When you order our folded thank you cards, they will arrive flat with a score in the center, making it easy for you to fold them manually.

You bet! While designing in our online studio, you can download a free digital proof of your thank you card. It’s an easy way to review your design, double-check the details or share it with others. And you can download as many proofs as you like.

We don’t offer custom samples at this time – but you can order a small batch of 10 wedding thank you cards. This is a cost-effective way to see and feel your cards in person before you fully commit. After reviewing the color and paper, reordering more is quick and easy. If you want to make any updates, you’ll be able to edit your design in our studio.
