Our Creative Services fee includes professional graphic design and copywriting services. It also includes two rounds of revisions. Special offers on website subscriptions may also be available.

Give our marketing consultants a call today. We’ll ask just a few questions about your business then we’ll begin writing and designing. Next you’ll review your finished design in your account and finalize your project. If you’d like, you can always request revisions – the first two rounds are FREE, during the first month following the completion of your initial design.

The turnaround time for creating your product is four business days from when you call. Please note that this turnaround time does not include any revisions you may request.

Can you incorporate my own images or text into the design?Back to top

You may upload any logos, photos or other images you want incorporated into your design. Please upload any text in a Microsoft Word document. We’ll send you an e-mail explaining how to do so. To incorporate the highest quality images, we recommend the following formats: (We accept most digital camera files.) JPEG GIF BMP PNG TIFF EXIF WMF EMF

No. Because our graphic designers and copywriters are focused on creating great marketing materials for you, they’re not available to take phone calls. You can provide feedback online or call 1-866-811-8445 to speak to one of our marketing consultants.

Why do I have to pay before I see my design?Back to top

By paying the Creative Services fee up-front, you are allowing our graphic designers and copywriters to begin working on your design – including copy – immediately.

Do I get to keep the design files?Back to top

We currently don’t sell electronic files of the final design. However, you will always have access to your website from the website dashboard where you can make future updates or edits. In addition, feel free to call us at any time to have our professional design team assist you.

How do I edit my website?Back to top

Editing your website is simple using our Site Builder. Once we have completed your initial design, you will be given a link to your Website Dashboard. On your dashboard you will find account information, helpful tips, and tools to manage your website. From the Dashboard, you can submit revisions during your free revision rounds or edit the website yourself. You will click on a link that takes you into the Vistaprint Site Builder. This tool makes it possible for you to edit your site ongoing or you can use Vistaprint Creative Services for a small fee.

Can I change my design after my site is created?Back to top

Yes! The Site Builder tool allows you to completely change your site design at any time. Just click on the "Pages and Design" link at the top of the builder and then click the "Design" link on the left side of the Pages and Design window. After your initial design period has ended, you will have 2 free revision rounds during the first month. After the first month, you can change designs for free in the Site Builder or Vistaprint Creative Services can give you a complete site update or redesign at any time for a low price.

Annual billing allows you to pay up front for the entire year of hosting your website. Not only does this eliminate the need to worry about monthly bills, but you’ll receive a discounted price.
