Postcards turned out exactly how I wanted. I wish there were more envelope commits to choose from in the different sizes. I’m overall happy with the amount of customization allowed

As a repeat customer I was expecting more - I ordered Save the Date invitations online - nothing too fancy just a one sided card. I downloaded my design and proofed it - perfect - reviewed the porder and submitted. After the confirmation came through I noticed all kinds of typos on the smaller print and when the order arrived the cards are double sided with spelling errors. Not the way I submitted this as I referred to the original picture of the print but we're stuck with them now, it's too late to reorder - guess we'll go back to a local printer for the next batch. Lessons learned.

I keep coming back to vistaprint because their prices are great! The quality of the cardstock their greeting cards are printed on is nice, too. My biggest issue is that their printing is really inconsistent. As someone selling my greeting cards to customers and small business across the US, this is a major issue. I can order the same cards 3x in a row and one time they're way undersaturated with printer lines going through them, the next way over saturated, and maybe the third time they do an okay job at getting the colors right. In the end, I have 3 cards made with identical files that cannot go on the same shelf alongside one another. However, if I was ordering for personal use this wouldn't be a huge issue, and the customer service is good about getting replacement sent! Lastly, they don't always cut them along the dotted line correctly, leaving me with dotted lines printed along the edge of my cards. All in all, they're good cards for a good price! Just wish they were more consistently reliable.

The sign came out beautifully. There were many options. And the ordering process was simple and straightforward. We appreciate the quality of the sign and its elegant design. And we received it so quickly! Highest rating!!
