Me dicen que ya fue entregado, pero yo no he recibido nada, donde esta mi pedido, lo environ por correo? o lo pusieron en la entrada del apartamento?

Sentimos cualquier confusión causada por la entrega de estas tarjetas de visita. No era nuestra intención complicarle las cosas. En su cuenta, en el historial de compras podemos ver que la fecha de entrega era el 6 de mayo. No obstante, al revisar el enlace que nos facilita el transportista, leemos: "Entregado el martes 28 de abril a las 9:54.", tal y como lo ha mencionado en su reseña. Vemos que ya se ha puesto en contacto con nuestro departamento de atención al cliente. Estarán pendientes de las actualizaciones. Gracias por su comprensión.
Outstanding Product Quality, But Shipping Needs Serious Improvement

I’ve been working with Vistaprint for business cards and promotional materials, and there’s no question about the quality of their products. The print finish, materials, and overall presentation are consistently top-tier, which is exactly why we continue to use their services for the limited number of business cards we produce.
However, the shipping experience is a completely different story. Their reliance on USPS significantly impacts the overall service. Unfortunately, USPS is widely known for inconsistent delivery times and unreliable tracking, and that has been our experience as well.
It’s frustrating because the shipping service simply doesn’t match the premium quality of the products. A company delivering such high-end results should ensure that the logistics side reflects the same level of excellence.
If Vistaprint improves its shipping partners or offers more reliable delivery options, the overall customer experience would be nearly perfect.
