Embroidery issue

The hat is comfortable but the embroidery conjoined the lettering in places, was uneven and in the middle crease of the hat the machine looked to have issues putting the print on. The golf towels have some good prints but a lot of them are crinkled lettering.

The hats were really nice, I like the fabric and the stitching. The only issue is the brown background is not straight it is slanted on the right.

The quality of the hats and needlework is great, but the logo was edited and reduced in size significantly without our knowledge. The logo originally fit well within the acceptable window but was shrunken regardless.
