We recommend using both hands to pull the banner from the cassette when assembling and again when taking the banner down. When pulling the banner from the stand, do it slowly to prevent wear and tear on the banner fabric. When disassembling the standing banner, do not let the banner drop. Guide it gently back into the cassette so that it retracts correctly inside.
The main differences are the style and weight of the cassettes. The best one for you will depend on where you plan to use your retractable banner and how often you’re opening and closing it. Generally speaking, our standard cassettes are best for light usage in places like offices and receptions. Our standard plus cassette option is great for events and retail displays, while our premium cassettes are best for trade shows. We also offer premium plus cassettes which have the best stability and are best used in professional settings or expos. Premium plus also allows the banner graphic to go all the way to the floor (so you don’t see the cassette), creating a seamless look.
Our promotional banner stands are designed for primarily indoor use. They can be used temporarily in low-breeze, dry outdoor environments, but they can be damaged when it’s too windy or wet. If you need signage for outside, our hanging banners are much better suited to outdoor use.
You can for tension fabric displays, silicone edge graphics and step and repeat banners. This is a great option if you’d like to swap out your messages for seasonal promotions.
