Don’t be fooled the holder that is made specifically for the X banner doesn’t come with it. I made the mistake of assuming noted on the picture that I was getting the proper holder. I got the order and no holder. I contacted customer service. They advised it was supposed to come with a holder. I emailed them the requested information pictures and info. I got the 2nd package and it was another banner with no holder. I emailed customer service again. This time they advised the holders are sold separately. So customer service which one is it this week? Also, strange they put an instruction sheet as pictured for the holder that isn’t in the package.
