Hi there, While the print quality and colors are vivid and clear, the card stock is different from the one you offered before. The card stock of my previous cards had a matte finish, was smooth to the touch, and felt like high-quality paper. The card stock you now use for the exact same order, which I duplicated, is shiny, sticky to the touch, and it feels more like plastic. These details are important for my brand. It seems I need to take my print needs to a local business, which is a shame.

Upon checking your account history to see why there was a difference, we found that the cards you ordered last time in August 2023 were actually our Soft Touch Business Cards. This explains the distinct difference in the finish and the smooth, paper feel compared to the Ultra-thick cards you received in your current order. Furthermore, we checked your older previous orders back in 2019, which is where we found the exact same Ultra-Thick Business Cards you ordered. These specific cards feature a UV glossy front and a matte back, which explains the coated, shiny feel you noticed on this latest batch. We want to make sure you have the exact branding materials you need. Could you please reply directly to this email and confirm if you would prefer to receive a replacement batch using the Soft Touch Business Card finish instead?
