Didn't turn out like my original hang tags, the shape wasn't the same and part of the earring design was cut out which I asked the eep to adjust so that it would be visible on the tag. So I was quite surprised when they arrived not shaped like the previous order and without the earring adjustment that was made while on the call with the rep. I attached a picture of the original hang tag, and a picture of the new hang tag which is square like a business card minus any visibility of the earring in the design

We’re sorry to hear that the hang tags did not match your expectations compared to your previous order, and we understand how important it is for your design details to be visible. Upon checking, we can confirm that the earring on the logo was placed too far outside the bleed area, which means it would not be included in the final print. Since our printing process follows the uploaded design exactly, any elements outside the bleed area are trimmed during production. To help us resolve this, could you kindly confirm if you still have the original design file that includes the earring adjustment? Sharing that file will allow our team to review and ensure the design is properly set up for future orders. We appreciate your input, as it helps us highlight important design considerations and improve the overall customer experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Hang Tags. We regret that you were unable to scan the QR codes. We have reviewed the document, and the codes are not scanning because they are too small. When designing the QR codes, the suggested size is at least 2 cm x 2 cm (0.8 inches x 0.8 inches). Furthermore, we always recommend testing the code before ordering. We suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design; www.vistaprint.com/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. You're able to then scan the code to check if they're working correctly. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend increasing the size of the top QR codes and placing a new order. In addition, we hope this helps.

Yes, you can print on both sides of your custom hang tags.

Yes, you can, except for our pearl paper, which isn’t meant for writing on. If you choose our premium glossy or soft touch paper, you can only write with a permanent marker.

No, they are not.

Labels tend to refer to paper labels with a sticky backing. Hang tags are pieces of thick paper that are punched with a hole and attached to products with twine, string or ribbon.

To attach your custom clothes tag to a piece of clothing, simply thread string or a ribbon through the hole in the tag and tie directly to your garment. The most common place to tie a hang tag is the sewn-in label at the back of the neck or waistband.
